Daniel Otis
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Daniel Otis founded Brickstone Partners in 2001 and has led the firm for more than two decades. Under his leadership, Brickstone has transacted on nearly $2 billion of real estate — across multifamily, student housing, retail, and office — including more than $500 million in the University of Colorado Boulder market, where the firm is one of the largest student housing operators.
Daniel is also the principal of Cornerstone, the family office that anchors the firm’s largest commitments and ensures principal capital is meaningfully aligned with every Brickstone partnership.

Dan oversees the firm’s asset management platform from Denver, working across the Brickstone portfolio to drive operating performance and execute on the firm’s long-hold investment thesis.
