Real estate, built on
legacy markets.
Brickstone Partners has transacted on nearly $2 billion of multifamily and student housing real estate — half of it in the Boulder corridor, where land cannot be replicated and demand does not fade.
Who we are
A real estate investment firm built around a single thesis: invest where land cannot be replicated.
01
Multifamily & Student Housing
Two adjacent, supply-constrained asset classes — one platform.
02
Legacy Markets
Land that cannot be replicated, in places people want to live for decades.
03
Durable Yields
Opportunistic returns underwritten by long-term fundamentals, not financial engineering.

LakeHaus · Minneapolis
A $115M, 200-unit luxury multifamily tower on Bde Maka Ska. A study in turning vision into a landmark.

Vision
From rendering to skyline.
When we acquired the parcel at 3100 W Lake Street with KMK Capital, the corner was an underutilized site overlooking Bde Maka Ska. The brief was simple: build a tower the neighborhood would adopt as its own.

Site
On the lake. In the city.
Few sites in the Twin Cities offer this combination — direct lakefront orientation, walkable Uptown context, and quick access to downtown Minneapolis. The building was designed to serve all three.

Architecture
A facade that earns the lake.
Cantilevered terraces, a deep-toned masonry base, and ribbon glazing at the upper floors give the tower a clear identity by daylight and a distinct silhouette at twilight.

Living
Common spaces that aren't an afterthought.
200 residences are anchored by a sky-lounge, a coworking floor, a pool deck and a gallery-grade lobby — designed for residents to spend their days inside the building, not just their nights.

Outcome
Stabilized 2020. Still defining the corridor.
LakeHaus stabilized in 2020 and remains one of the most recognizable additions to the West Lake skyline in a decade.

Where we invest
Legacy locations.
Constrained supply.
Our platform is concentrated in markets where geography, zoning, and demand together create durable scarcity. The University of Colorado Boulder corridor — where we are one of the largest student housing operators — is the clearest example. Fort Collins and the Twin Cities extend the same thesis into adjacent markets.

“We are committed to delivering durable and opportunistic yields for our partners — and to creating lasting value in the communities we serve.”
