Our funds are available to accredited investors as defined by SEC regulations. This typically includes individuals with $1M+ in net worth (excluding primary residence) or $200K+ annual income ($300K joint with spouse).
Minimums vary by fund: Income Fund starts at $50,000, while Growth and Opportunity Zone funds start at $100,000. We may consider lower minimums for subsequent investments.
Income Fund distributions are paid quarterly. Growth Fund distributions occur upon property sales or refinancing events. All distributions are sent via ACH or check based on your preference.
