LakeHaus

LakeHaus is a $115 million, 200-unit luxury multifamily development at 3100 W Lake Street in Minneapolis, sited along Bde Maka Ska in the heart of the Uptown district.

Co-developed with KMK Capital, the project broke ground in 2018 and stabilized in 2020. The community pairs an architectural lakefront facade with curated common spaces, sky-lounge penthouses, and a twilight-lit ground floor that has become a landmark of the West Lake corridor.

From the first rendering to the finished tower, every detail of LakeHaus was executed against Brickstone's thesis: invest in legacy locations where land cannot be replicated, and build durable real estate that shapes the neighborhood for decades.
