The Parker is a student housing community at 1155 Marine Street in Boulder, acquired by Brickstone in September 2014 as one of the firm's early CU Boulder investments.
After nearly eight years of ownership, Brickstone recapitalized the asset in July 2022 and continues to own and operate it today.
