The Lodge at Boulder

The Lodge is a 220-unit, 371-bed student housing community on a 5.1-acre site at 2900 E. Aurora Avenue, a five-minute walk from the University of Colorado Boulder campus. Brickstone acquired the asset in 2014 and has owned and operated it for more than a decade, maintaining 95%+ occupancy every year.

Across two recapitalizations and more than $17 million of reinvestment, the property has been continuously repositioned — renovated residences, upgraded amenities, and an ongoing capital program. In February 2026, Brickstone Partners and Daniel Otis acquired full ownership and control of the asset, consolidating one of the firm's flagship Boulder holdings.

The Lodge sits at the center of Brickstone's CU Boulder portfolio — a market where the firm has transacted on more than $500 million of student housing and multifamily real estate.
