The Lodge is a 220-unit, 371-bed luxury student housing community serving the University of Colorado Boulder, originally acquired by Brickstone in 2015.
After eleven years of operations and significant value creation through strategic repositioning, Brickstone Partners and Daniel Otis acquired full ownership and control of the asset in February 2026, consolidating one of the firm's flagship Boulder holdings.
The Lodge sits at the center of Brickstone's CU Boulder portfolio — a market where the firm has transacted on more than $500 million of student housing and multifamily real estate.
